\u201cIt is true that there was an incident involving two of our fellow\ncitizens who were allegedly hit by stray bullets,\u201d stated the Head of\nInformation for Kodam XX\/Tuanku Imam Bonjol, Colonel Kav Taufiq, when\nconfirmed in Padang on Tuesday night.<\/p>\n
According to Taufiq, the incident occurred while soldiers from the TP\n897\/Singgalang Infantry Battalion were conducting training exercises.\nHowever, the military has not yet been able to confirm whether the\nsuspected bullets originated from the TNI unit.<\/p>\n
\u201cAt this time, the TNI is still gathering information, including\nconducting an investigation into the incident,\u201d Taufiq added.
