Head of Legal Information at the East Java High Prosecutor\u2019s Office,\nAdnan Sulistiyono, confirmed the examination. Alongside Supardi, the\nHead of the General Crimes Section (Kasi Pidum) of the Tuban\nProsecutor\u2019s Office, Akhmad Akhsan, was also examined for similar\nalleged violations.<\/p>\n
\u201cLast week, the Tuban Chief Prosecutor and the Head of General Crimes\nwere suspected of committing indisciplinary acts in their duties, so an\nexamination is currently being conducted by the supervisory division,\u201d\nAdnan told journalists on Thursday (2\/7).<\/p>\n
Adnan declined to detail the specific form of the violations\ncommitted by the two officials. He stated that Supardi\u2019s position is\ncurrently filled by Acting Head Abdul Rasyid.
