        "content": "<p>Trucks told to avoid toll roads<\/p>\n<p>Truck drivers who normally use the city&apos;s toll roads will have<br>\nto be extra patient during the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation<br>\n(APEC) conferences as the facility will be closed to them<br>\nvirtually the whole day on Tuesday when APEC leaders head for<br>\nBogor for their meeting.<\/p>\n<p>An official of the ministry of transportation, who requested<br>\nanonymity, said the director general of land transportation will<br>\nsoon issue a decree declaring the toll road between the Grogol<br>\nand Cawang as well as between Cawang and Bogor off-limits to<br>\ntrucks, except for fuel trucks with permits.<\/p>\n<p>The ruling will be effective from 2 a.m. to 8 p.m. Trucks will<br>\nbe allowed on regular roads, and on other toll routes as long as<br>\nthey exit before the restricted areas.<\/p>\n<p>The toll roads will be closed to all other vehicles for an<br>\nhour when the APEC leaders head for Bogor in the morning and when<br>\nthey return in the evening.(pwn)<\/p>",
