        "content": "<p>Troops guard steel company<\/p>\n<p>CILEGON, West Java: Dozens of military and police personnel<br>\npatrolled the compound of state steel company PT Krakatau Steel<br>\nhere over the weekend, following a mob attack on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>Antara reported that hundreds of local residents were seen<br>\nscavenging iron scraps, but were prevented from entering the<br>\nfactory.<\/p>\n<p>No clashes were reported.<\/p>\n<p>A mob went on the rampage on Wednesday after a military<br>\nofficer shot dead a 13-year-old boy, identified as Faisal, for<br>\nallegedly stealing iron bars. Faisal, a resident of Ciwandan<br>\nvillage, died from wounds to the head.<\/p>\n<p>The officer, Second Lt. Deni, Kusdani said he just fired a<br>\nwarning shot.<\/p>\n<p>The villagers ransacked six security posts inside the compound<br>\nand set on fire a patrol car driven by Deni.<\/p>\n<p>Chief of Ciwandan Police subprecinct First Lt.
