Trisakti to hold construction seminar<\/p>\n
Trisakti University will host an international seminar on the
\nconstruction industry on Jan. 25 and Jan. 26.<\/p>\n
The seminar will feature keynote speaker Minister of Public
\nWorks Djoko Kirmanto, as well as international speakers such as
\nNigel Priestley, professor emeritus of structural engineering at
\nthe University of California at San Diego, and M. Dhana Sekar,
\nassociate professor of structural engineering and director of the
\nCenter for Railway Engineering at Central Queensland University
\nin Australia.<\/p>\n
Other speakers will include Salil Kumar Roy of Petra
\nUniversity, PT Wijaya Karya director A. Sutjipto, PT Total Bangun
\nPersada director Komajaya and PROSYS Engineers director Budhy
\nManan.<\/p>\n
The experts will discuss various topics related to the
\nconstruction industry, including structural engineering,
\nmanagement construction, water resources engineering,
\ngeotechnical engineering and transportation engineering.<\/p>\n
Lecturers, students, researchers, practitioners and
\nbusinesspeople are invited to attend the seminar in the Grand
\nBallroom of the Ritz Carlton Hotel in South Jakarta.<\/p>\n
