Nurdin<br>\nZainal who overseas Papua withdrew a defamation suit on Wednesday<br>\nagainst EL-SHAM Papua for accusing the Army's Special Forces<br>\n(Kopassus) of involvement in the attack on a PT Freeport employee<br>\nbus in Tembagapura last August.<\/p>\n<p>Two foreigners and an Indonesian were killed in the incident.<\/p>\n<p>The trial was scheduled for Wednesday at the Jayapura District<br>\nCourt but a day earlier the commander's lawyer Maj. CHK Priyono<br>\nmet the Jayapura Prosecutors Office civil court administrator to<br>\nwithdraw the suit.<\/p>\n<p>The Indonesian Military (TNI) filed the suit after EL-SHAM<br>\nPapua claimed that some Kopassus members were involved in the<br>\nattack last August.<\/p>\n<p>Nurdin said that the information had defamed the TNI because<br>\nit was baseless. -- JP<\/p>",
