        "content": "<p>REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA \u2013 Four members of the Indonesian Armed\nForces\u2019 Strategic Intelligence Agency (BAIS TNI) are accused of carrying\nout an acid attack on Andrie Yunus, Deputy Coordinator of KontraS. The\nfour defendants disguised themselves as participants in the \u2018Kamisan\u2019\naction to carry out their malicious act against Andrie.<\/p>\n<p>The four defendants in this case are Sergeant Two Edi Sudarko (ES) as\ndefendant 1; First Lieutenant Budhi Hariyanto Widhi (BHW) as defendant\n2; Captain Nandala Dwi Prasetyo (NDP) as defendant 3; and First\nLieutenant Sami Lakka (SL) as defendant 4. They are being tried at the\nMilitary Court II-08 Jakarta on Wednesday, 29\/4\/2026.<\/p>\n<p>According to the military prosecutor\u2019s testimony, the defendants\nfirst went to the ambulance car park near BAIS TNI. They took a used\nbattery and rust remover fluid and put it into a purple tumbler. The\ndefendants then began hunting for Andrie\u2019s whereabouts.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDefendant-1 wore a black cap, a long-sleeved blue T-shirt without a\ncollar, dark blue jeans, and blue shoes to the Kamisan event at Monas,\u201d\nsaid military prosecutor Mohamad Iswadi during the trial at Military\nCourt II-08 Jakarta on Wednesday (29\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>However, upon arriving at the Kamisan event, Defendant-1 did not find\nAndrie Yunus and decided to search for him at several places such as the\nKontraS office and the Indonesian Legal Aid Foundation (YLBHI)\nbuilding.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUpon arriving at Monas, the Defendants did not find Andrie Yunus,\nthen the Defendants continued searching for Andrie Yunus at other\nplaces,\u201d said Iswadi.<\/p>\n<p>At around 18:30, Defendants 3 and 4 headed to the YLBHI building.\nThey waited at a coffee stall across the street from the YLBHI building\nwhile monitoring the situation and conditions. When about to leave, they\nfinally saw Andrie exiting the building on a motorcycle.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAround 23:00 WIB, Defendant-1 and Defendant-2 met Defendant-3 and\nDefendant-4 and suggested going home, then when about to leave,\nDefendant-3 saw Andrie Yunus riding a yellow motorcycle out of the YLBHI\noffice and said \u2018That\u2019s Andrie Yunus, he\u2019s leaving on a yellow\nmotorbike\u2019,\u201d said Iswadi.<\/p>",
