        "content": "<p>PT Transnusa Aviation Mandiri (Transnusa) will move all its flight\noperations in Singapore to Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 4 starting\n1 September 2026.<\/p>\n<p>This change applies to all Transnusa flights to and from Singapore.\nThe company stated that the terminal relocation is being carried out in\nline with the development of Transnusa\u2019s international flight network\nwithin the Asia Pacific region.<\/p>\n<p>Group CEO of Transnusa, Datuk Bernard Francis, stated that the\noperational move to Terminal 4 is part of the company\u2019s efforts to\nimprove service quality for passengers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs Transnusa\u2019s international network grows, we want to ensure that\nthe quality of the customer experience also continues to improve,\u201d\nBernard said in a written statement received on Tuesday, 1 September\n2026.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, the passenger journey is not just about the flight,\nbut begins from the moment they arrive at the airport.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor us, the journey does not begin when the aircraft takes off, but\nsince the customer arrives at the airport,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Utilising Digital Technology<\/p>\n<p>Changi Airport Terminal 4 utilises a range of digital technologies in\nthe passenger departure process, including automated check-in, automated\nbag drop, security screening, biometric-based immigration services, and\nautomated boarding processes.<\/p>\n<p>Bernard noted that the use of such technology is expected to make\nseveral stages of departure simpler.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTechnology is not just about providing a faster process, but also\nabout making the journey feel more comfortable and simple for\ncustomers,\u201d Bernard remarked.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to departure facilities, Terminal 4 features various\nrestaurants, shopping centres, duty-free outlets, and commercial areas.\nPassengers arriving in Singapore can also continue their journeys to\nareas such as Marina Bay, Orchard Road, Sentosa, and the Central\nBusiness District via public transport networks, including the MRT,\nbuses, taxis, and ride-hailing services.<\/p>\n<p>Expanding the Asia Pacific Network<\/p>\n<p>The terminal relocation is taking place as Transnusa continues to\ndevelop its international flight network. Currently, Transnusa serves\nflights to Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Subang, Bangkok, Phuket,\nGuangzhou, and Perth. The company also maintains a domestic network with\nprimary hubs in Jakarta, Bali, and Manado.<\/p>\n<p>Bernard stated that the expansion of the flight network must be\naccompanied by an increase in service quality.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNetwork expansion is not just about opening more destinations.\nEqually important is ensuring that every customer experiences an\nimprovement in service quality on every journey,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Transnusa stated that the move to Terminal 4 is part of the company\u2019s\ninvestment in service development alongside its international\nexpansion.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur presence at Changi Airport Terminal 4 is part of Transnusa\u2019s\nlong-term investment to provide a travel experience that is increasingly\ncomfortable, efficient, and aligned with the international service\nstandards we are continuously building,\u201d said Bernard.<\/p>\n<p>Starting 1 September 2026, all Transnusa flights to and from\nSingapore will operate through Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 4.\nPassengers are advised to check departure and arrival terminal\ninformation before travelling.<\/p>\n<p>Not an IDX-Listed Company<\/p>\n<p>Transnusa is the trading name of PT Transnusa Aviation Mandiri, a\ncompany operating in the aviation services sector. Transnusa is not a\npublic company, and its shares are not listed on the Indonesia Stock\nExchange (IDX).<\/p>\n<p>According to information on the company\u2019s official website, Transnula\nis indirectly part of the Link Asia Group. In the ownership structure\ndetailed in company documents, PT Panca Global International Indonesia\nis recorded as the holder of 51 per cent of Transnusa\u2019s shares, while\nthe remaining 49 per cent is owned by Linkasia Airlines Group Ltd.<\/p>\n<p>Linkasia Airlines Group is linked to China Aircraft Leasing Group\nHoldings Ltd (CALC), an aircraft leasing company whose shares are listed\non the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under the code 1848. Documents from CALC\non the Hong Kong Stock Exchange also include the corporate structures of\nLinkasia Airlines Group and Transnusa.<\/p>\n<p>Transnusa obtained its Air Operator Certificate (AOC) on 9 September\n2022. The company subsequently began operating three Airbus A320\naircraft on 6 October, 14 October, and 12 December 2022.<\/p>\n<p>In 2023, Transnusa introduced a new business model as a Premium\nService Carrier. The company also commenced its first international\nflights on 14 April 2023.<\/p>\n<p>In February 2024, Transnusa underwent rebranding as a Premium Service\nCarrier. This change coincided with the operation of a more modern fleet\nand an increase in the flexibility and quality of services offered to\npassengers.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, Transnusa has operational bases in Jakarta and Bali.
