The Transjakarta-Kemnaker collaboration is marked\nby the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at aligning human\nresource development programmes with the increasingly dynamic needs of\nthe transportation industry. This partnership focuses on optimising\nresource utilisation, enhancing workforce competencies, and expanding\naccess to job market information for the wider public. The scope of the\ncollaboration includes programmes for training and developing human\nresource competencies to achieve high competitiveness, utilisation of\nthe Karirhub platform for equitable and accessible dissemination of job\nvacancy information.
