Of the 18 routes in operation, the D21 corridor Universitas\nIndonesia (UI)\u2013Lebak Bulus registered the highest number of customers,\nwith 315,768 passengers. \u2018The Transjabodetabek ridership for April 2026\nshows that the D21 Universitas Indonesia\u2013Lebak Bulus route recorded\n315,768 passengers,\u2019 said Ayu Wardhani, Head of Public Relations and CSR\nat Transjakarta, in an official statement on Friday, 22 May 2026. The\nfigure was up from 245,867 passengers in March 2026. The second-highest\nroute was P11 Bogor\u2013Blok M with 249,580 passengers. Next came the T11\nPoris Plawad\u2013Petamburan route with 244,143 passengers and the S21\nCiputat\u2013CSW route with 231,978 passengers. Meanwhile, the T31 PIK 2\u2013Blok\nM route, which had been the subject of much discussion, recorded 126,869\npassengers in April 2026, placing it ninth among the total\nTransjabodetabek routes in operation. The top five routes by passenger\nnumbers in April 2026 were D21 UI\u2013Lebak Bulus, P11 Bogor\u2013Blok M, T11\nPoris Plawad\u2013Petamburan, S21 Ciputat\u2013CSW, and S22 Ciputat\u2013Kampung\nRambutan, with 179,894 passengers. In addition to D21 UI\u2013Lebak Bulus,\nthe P11 Bogor\u2013Blok M route also rose from 211,634 passengers in March to\n249,580 in April 2026.
