        "content": "<p>Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - In commemoration of National Customer Day\n2026, PT Hutama Karya (Persero) (Hutama Karya) will implement a 10% toll\ntariff discount on several sections of the Trans Sumatra Toll Road\n(JTTS). This policy serves as a form of appreciation for road users who\nhave chosen the JTTS for their journeys and reflects the company\u2019s\ncommitment to providing optimal service to the public.<\/p>\n<p>This policy aligns with the Government\u2019s \u2018Asta Cita\u2019 programme,\nparticularly in strengthening infrastructure development, economic\nequality, and inter-regional connectivity. The tariff reduction is\nexpected to provide direct benefits to motorists undertaking\nlong-distance journeys while supporting enhanced mobility and\nconnectivity across Sumatra.<\/p>\n<p>The 10% discount will be in effect for two calendar days, starting\nfrom Friday, 4 September 202 Segment 2026 at 07:00 WIB until Sunday, 6\nSeptember 2026 at 07:00 WIB. Transactions outside\nthese routes will be charged the normal rate. For integrated sections,\nmotorists must use the same electronic money card for both entry and\nexit.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHutama Karya urges road users to check the tariffs according to\ntheir entry gate and destination, and to ensure that their electronic\nmoney card balance is sufficient before entering the toll road.\nMotorists are also expected to obey signs and officer directions,\nmaintain their vehicle condition, and utilise rest areas for breaks to\nensure safety and comfort during their journey,\u201d Iwan concluded.<\/p>",
