Train's deplorable service<\/p>\n

I am writing for the third time to complain about the poor
\nservice on the state-owned railway company (Perumka) because I
\nhave not yet received a reply from them. I hope this time, I will
\ndraw the company's attention to the problem and motivate Perumka
\nto improve its service.<\/p>\n
Like many other commuters, I use the train to go to work
\neveryday. In fact, if more people used these commuter trains it
\nwould help reduce the number of private vehicles plying the
\nstreets causing traffic problems.<\/p>\n
As far as the service is concerned, the company's officials
\nand its train conductors rarely do anything to maintain order
\namong the passengers. I rarely see the officers and conductors
\ncontrolling the passengers aboard the trains. They simply leave
\nit to the passengers themselves. We cannot expect Indonesians to
\nbe aware of the need for order by themselves. They have to be
\ncompelled to do so.<\/p>\n
The passengers who stand close to the trains' doors, for
\nexample, are actually causing a problem for passengers who want
\nto board the trains. They simply ignore the fact that their
\nactions are causing an inconvenience to other passengers.<\/p>\n
I also appeal to the management to bar fruit sellers from
\ntaking their huge baskets laden with fruit aboard the trains.
\nTheir baskets are occupying space which is needed for the crowded
\npassengers to stand. Their fruit should be placed in special
\ncargo cars.<\/p>\n
