CEO of Paragon Nurhayati Subakat Entrepreneurship Institute Salman
Subakat opened Novo Club Batch 4, held in a hybrid format on Saturday
(25/04/2025). This programme, which has attracted 176,000 students from
across Indonesia, serves as a platform for students to sharpen their
ideas, collaborate, and create real impacts in their regions.

Some students attended in person at Graha Bhakti Budaya TIM in
Jakarta, while others participated online from various regions in
Indonesia or through regional venues.

The programme adopts the theme “Dare to Innovate, Impact Without
Limits”. In his remarks, Salman Subakat, CEO of Paragon Nurhayati
Subakat Entrepreneurship Institute (NSEI), stated that the strength of
the younger generation lies in their courage to start even if not fully
prepared.

“Many great changes in the world did not begin with the most prepared
people, but with those brave enough to take the first step. Do not wait
for perfection to start. Because all great people today were once in the
same position: not ready, but still moving forward,” said Salman in a
written statement on Thursday (30/4/2026).

This participation reflects the growing collective spirit of youth
contribution across regions, from DKI Jakarta, Greater Jakarta-Banten,
West Java, Yogyakarta-Magelang, Central Java, East Java, to Sumatra,
Bali, Nusa Tenggara, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Maluku.

More than just a programme, Novo Club is designed as a 1.5-year
development journey that combines learning with direct field practice.
Students are guided to identify surrounding problems, design relevant
solutions, and execute projects until they are truly operational in the
community. This capacity equips them to continue pursuing innovation
even after the programme ends.

Dias Wiwaha, an alumnus of Novo Club Batch 1, shared that his
experience in Novo Club became a crucial foundation in his career
development. “The time I spent in Novo Club was a crucial investment
that shapes my work approach today, especially in management and
collaboration skills that I rely on heavily now. The discipline in time
management and experience working in dynamic teams during Novo Club made
me more adaptive and productive in facing work demands,” he said. Novo
Club has reached tens of thousands of active members across
Indonesia.

The programme is also equipped with an alumni empowerment phase that
opens access to professional networks and career opportunities, ensuring
the movement remains sustainable even after participants complete the
programme.

Previously, in Batch 2, Novo Club recorded a MURI record for a
simultaneous student leadership programme opening seminar held across
various parts of Indonesia. In Batch 3, 5,806 student projects were
successfully completed.

The programme covers initiatives in education, environment, health,
and creative economy. The consistent enthusiasm of registrants over the
past three years indicates that more and more Indonesian youth believe
their ideas are worth executing.

Through Novo Club Batch 4, ParagonCorp hopes that more young people
will not only have ideas but also the courage to execute them, creating
real impacts starting from their regions, for Indonesia.
",
