I wanted<br>\nto reserve a seat on the Ekonomi Gaya Baru train for July 16. A<br>\nrailway employee ordered me around. I had to fill out a form<br>\nstating the name of the train desired, the destination, my full<br>\nname and address. I had to submit the form at the registration<br>\ncounter where I would have to stand in line again.<\/p>\n<p>I know that during the holiday season the demand for tickets<br>\nis high. The state railway company Perumka should be prepared to<br>\ndeal with this and devise a special strategy to cope with the<br>\nsituation.<\/p>\n<p>It's ironic that in this modern era Perumka lacks<br>\nprofessionalism. The company should be aware that its success<br>\ndepends on its service.
