Astra Tol Cipali, the toll road operator, advised motorists to limit rest stops to 30 minutes and noted that rest area facilities remained serviceable despite high visitor numbers.

Subang — Traffic on the Cipali toll road section (Cikopo-Palimanan)
heading from Cikopo towards Cirebon, West Java, experienced an increase
on Tuesday, four days before Eid 2026.

Ardam Rafif Trisilo, Sustainability Management and Corporate
Communications Department Head at Astra Tol Cipali, stated in Subang,
West Java, on Tuesday, that traffic conditions were quite congested
between midnight and 9 a.m.

Astra Tol Cipali recorded approximately 22,000 vehicles traversing
the Cipali toll road section from Cikopo towards Cirebon during that
period. This traffic volume represented a 22.2 per cent increase
compared to the same time on the previous day.

In the opposite direction, approximately 8,000 vehicles travelled on
the Cipali toll road from Cikopo towards Jakarta. This figure
represented a 2.2 per cent increase compared to the same time on the
previous day.

Regarding user services, rest areas along the Cipali toll road
remained busy with visitors, although parking capacity was still
available.

Astra Tol Cipali urged motorists to limit rest stops to a maximum of
30 minutes, enabling rest area facilities to be shared by other users
equitably.

Additionally, motorists could utilise facilities outside the toll
road by exiting through the nearest toll gate to rest and re-entering
without incurring additional charges.

This provision applies because the transaction system on the
Trans-Java toll network uses a closed system, meaning toll rates are
calculated based on the distance travelled.
",
