        "content": "<p>The Jakarta Provincial Government (Pemprov) of DKI Jakarta has\nimplemented traffic management around the Latumeten flyover project in\nWest Jakarta, as erection of girders begins. The erection girder phase\ninvolves lifting and installing precast concrete girders that form the\nmain structure of the Latumenten flyover.<\/p>\n<p>Head of the Data and Information Centre (Pusdatin) of the Jakarta\nBina Marga Service (Dinas Bina Marga) Siti Dinarwenny said the traffic\nmanagement is implemented to support smooth work and to safeguard road\nusers during the project.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe urge the public to adjust travel times and to comply with road\nsigns and directions from on-site officers,\u201d Siti said in Jakarta on\nThursday (21\/5\/2026), quoted from Antara.<\/p>\n<p>She explained that the erection work on the western side of\nLatumenten Street will be carried out from 18-26 May 2026, from 22:00 to\n04:00 WIB.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, work on the eastern side of Makaliwe Raya is scheduled to\nrun from 29 May to 5 June 2026, at the same hours, 22:00-04:00 WIB.<\/p>\n<p>As for small vehicles, they can pass via several alternative routes,\nincluding:<\/p>\n<p>Other alternative routes are available; traffic heading north to\nsouth can continue to pass as usual.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSiti Dinarwenny emphasised that all stages of the Latumenten flyover\nconstruction will proceed in line with safety standards and the\nscheduled timeline.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe apologise for any inconvenience caused during the works,\u201d she\nsaid.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, the project is expected to support the area\u2019s economic\ngrowth through more efficient accessibility. \u201cThe flyover will also\nfacilitate transfers between transport modes with TOD at Grogol Station,\nwith Halte Transjakarta or Jaklingko, or other public transport,\u201d Siti\nsaid.<\/p>",
