It is now time to enforce traffic discipline among drivers of
\npublic transportation vehicles. Many traffic accidents have been

One important factor in this lack of discipline in the use of

\ncase that they obtained drivers' licenses without going through a
\nspecially designed test on traffic discipline and ethics.<\/p>\n
