        "content": "<p>Tourism Minister Widiyanti Putri Wardhana has stated that the\nBanyuwangi Regency Government in East Java has been consistent and\nserves as a successful example of regional tourism development through\nvarious innovations. \u201cThanks to its consistent commitment and\ninnovation, Banyuwangi has become one of the successful examples of\nregional tourism development in Indonesia,\u201d said Widiyanti during a\nworking visit to Banyuwangi from Saturday (25\/7) to Sunday (26\/7).\nAccording to her, Banyuwangi is one of Indonesia\u2019s premier destinations,\noffering extraordinary natural and cultural wealth. The Tourism Minister\nsaid the Banyuwangi government\u2019s efforts to develop tourism could be\napplied in several other regions. During her two-day working visit in\nBanyuwangi, Widiyanti visited the Marina Boom Beach tourist attraction\nand toured the private yacht pier. She also visited the Ijen Geopark\nGeological Information Centre, an educational hub about the geopark in\nBanyuwangi. In addition, the Tourism Minister visited the Osing\nTraditional Village in Kemiren Village, where she was welcomed by the\nsounds of Othek music and paglak angklung typical of the Osing tribe,\nplayed by local women. Widiyanti announced she would provide special\nmentoring for Kemiren Village, which has received the Upgrade Programme\nof Best Tourism Villages 2025 from UN Tourism, with the hope of\nelevating its status to Best Tourism Village. \u201cHopefully, after this\nmentoring programme is completed, Kemiren Village can achieve the title\nof Best Tourism Village,\u201d she said.
