The management of PT Jasa Marga should pay attention to the
\ndiscipline of their personnel dealing with services, accidents
\nand sanctions against traffic violations on toll roads in and
\noutside of Jakarta.<\/p>\n
Employees responsible for collecting the toll fees at the
\n\"pay-in-exact-money\" gate must not hesitate to reject people who
\nneed change. On the other hand, employees should give a smile to
\ndrivers who do pay the exact money.<\/p>\n
Another crucial issue is the need for street lighting for
\nnight traffic.<\/p>\n
It is also high time PT Jasa Marga determined standardized
\nfirst aid treatment and informed the community of the scheme. The
\ncompany should also make at least one ambulance car available at
\nevery branch office.<\/p>\n
The patrol agent should not allow any vehicle to use the side
\nof the roads, and an obstructing device must be set up at an
\ninterval of about 200 meters to discourage drivers from using the
\nedge of the roads. All these measures are meant to discipline
\nboth road users and PT Jasa Marga's personnel.<\/p>\n
