        "content": "<p>Toll road blocks path<\/p>\n<p>From Neraca<\/p>\n<p>I, attorney for the residents of Bangun Mulia, Medan Amplas<br>\nDistrict, request the attention of the Governor of North Sumatra<br>\nto the obstruction of the access road to the people&apos;s rice fields<br>\ndue to the construction of the Belmera toll road.<\/p>\n<p>The access road has been blocked since the toll road was<br>\ncompleted in 1985. Many complaints have been filed but apparently<br>\nnothing has been done.
