        "content": "<p>Toka Tindung gold reserves<\/p>\n<p>SINGAPORE (Reuter): Aurora Gold Ltd said yesterday that gold<br>\nreserves at its Toka Tindung project in north Sulawesi, Indonesia<br>\nwere more than one million ounces.<\/p>\n<p>Sandy Moyle, general manager for exploration, said in a report<br>\nwith three other Aurora officials at a gold conference in<br>\nSingapore that the company was finalizing a feasibility study on<br>\nthe four deposits making up the Toka Tindung project.<\/p>\n<p>\"Combined, these deposits have estimated mineral resources in<br>\nexcess of one million oz gold at an average grade of 2.8 gm\/<br>\nton,\" the report said.<\/p>\n<p>\"Local prospectors had previously thought the veins were<br>\nbarren because of the fine nature of the gold. No previous record<br>\nof gold mineralization is known in the district,\" it added.<\/p>\n<p>Last month, Aurora raised the estimate of gold reserves at<br>\nToka Tindung by 50 percent to 612,000 ounces.<\/p>",
