        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Military Court II-08 Jakarta has scheduled the\nexamination of three defendants in the case of the alleged kidnapping\nand murder of a bank branch manager in Jakarta, identified as MIP (37),\nfor today.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYes, today\u2019s court session agenda is the examination of three\ndefendants in the case (alleged kidnapping and murder) of the bank\nbranch manager in Jakarta,\u201d said the Spokesperson for the Military Court\nII-08 Jakarta, Lieutenant Colonel (Legal) Arin Fauzam, when contacted by\nANTARA in Jakarta on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>The defendants, namely Serka MN (defendant 1), Kopda FH (defendant\n2), and Serka FY (defendant 3), are accused of being involved in a\nseries of kidnappings accompanied by the murder of MIP.<\/p>\n<p>The hearing is scheduled to take place in the morning, around 10:00,\nin the Garuda Courtroom or the main courtroom, with the agenda of\nexamining witnesses and defendants.<\/p>\n<p>Based on the Case Search Information System (SIPP) page of the\nMilitary Court II-08 Jakarta, the hearing falls under the category of\nmurder cases with case number 52-K\/PM.II-08\/AD\/III\/2026.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, the Presiding Judge, Colonel Chk Fredy Ferdian\nIsnartanto, stated that the Tuesday (5\/5) hearing would focus on\nexamining the defendants to delve into the chronology of the\nincident.<\/p>\n<p>The judge also gave the defendants the opportunity to provide open\nstatements regarding what they experienced in the case.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTomorrow, remember the sequence again, tomorrow tell it here as\nfreely and as broadly as possible,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>In the previous hearing, the military prosecutor presented 12\nwitnesses, including 11 other defendants from a related case in the\ndistrict court and one witness from the police.<\/p>\n<p>The military prosecutor is using a combined indictment construction\nthat includes primary, subsidiary, more subsidiary, alternative, and\ncumulative charges against the defendants.<\/p>\n<p>The main charge submitted is Article 340 of the Criminal Code on\npremeditated murder.
