The TNI has completed the investigation into four TNI soldiers\nsuspected of throwing acid on KontraS activist Andrie Yunus. The four\nTNI soldiers have been handed over to the Military Auditor (Otmil) II-07\nJakarta.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe TNI Puspom investigators have completed the entire investigation\nprocess in accordance with applicable regulations. Subsequently, today,\nTuesday, 7 April 2026, the case files, the suspects, and the evidence of\nthe criminal assault against Mr AY have been handed over from the TNI\nPuspom investigators to Otmil II-07 Jakarta,\u201d said TNI Chief of\nInformation Major General (Mayjen) TNI Aulia Dwi Nasrullah in a\nstatement received on Tuesday (7\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n
Aulia stated that the case files of the four suspects will be\nexamined by the Military Auditor\u2019s office. If deemed complete, the four\nsuspects will be tried at the Military Court.<\/p>\n
\u201cNext, the completeness of the formal and material requirements of\nthe files will be examined. If the files are declared complete, they\nwill be handed over to the Military Court II-08 Jakarta,\u201d Aulia\nsaid.<\/p>\n
Aulia confirmed that there are four suspects handed over to the\nMilitary Auditor, namely NDP, SL, BHW, and ES. The evidence of the acid\nattack was also submitted.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis handover is part of TNI\u2019s commitment to professional,\ntransparent, and accountable law enforcement, as well as a demonstration\nof firmness in addressing any criminal acts committed by TNI personnel,\u201d\nAulia stated.<\/p>\n
As is known, Andrie Yunus became the victim of an acid attack on\nThursday night (12\/3). The TNI Puspom then arrested four individuals\nsuspected of being the perpetrators of the acid attack on Andrie Yunus.\nAll four are known to be members of the TNI Bais Military Police from\nthe Navy (AL) and Air Force (AU) branches.<\/p>\n
