"summary": "Indonesian military personnel from Kodim 0304\/Agam in West Sumatra thwarted an attempt to illegally sell subsidised fertiliser to Riau province, arresting three suspects in Tilatang Kamang, Agam Regency. The operation uncovered hundreds of sacks of fertiliser hidden in two L300 minibuses, following a tip-off from locals, with one suspect escaping and the case now handed over to police for further investigation. This incident highlights ongoing efforts to protect government agricultural subsidy programmes from exploitation that could disrupt food security and farmer support initiatives.",
