        "content": "<p>Minister of Home Affairs (Mendagri) Muhammad Tito Karnavian has urged\nregional governments (Pemda) in Papua to strengthen collaboration in\nsupporting the implementation of the housing programme. \u201cThe President\nfully understands that one way to bring the state to the people, realise\njustice, and prosper the citizens is through the most fundamental issue\nof housing,\u201d said the Minister at the Socialisation of KPP, FLPP, and\nPNM for the Papua Region at the Drs. Ec. Lambert Jitmau Building in\nSorong City, Southwest Papua, on Monday (27\/4) evening. Tito explained\nthat the government has prepared various policies to support housing\naffordability, particularly for low-income communities (MBR). These\npolicies include exemptions from Land and Building Acquisition Duty\n(BPHTB) and Building Permit Approval (PBG) for MBR groups. \u201cSo that\npeople who cannot afford it can have purchasing power that is\naffordable, that\u2019s the goal. This can really help,\u201d he said.
