All national bridges are
operational,” Tito said during a press conference at the Senayan
Parliamentary Complex in Jakarta on Monday, 25 May 2026.

He added that national bridges are functioning, albeit temporarily,
with some using Bailey bridges, pioneer bridges, Armco bridges, or
suspension bridges, all functional for mobility. Some regional bridges
remain unrepaired.

Schooling has resumed in their respective school buildings, though a
small number still use temporary facilities due to red zones.

“Learning activities are proceeding, but out of 4,922 schools, some
remain in tents, particularly in red zones requiring relocation. We are
currently discussing preparations for relocation sites,” he said.

Finally, Tito reported positive progress on handling displaced
persons.
