The Bekasi Regency-owned enterprise (BUMD) Perumda Tirta Bhagasasi,\nWest Java, has begun drafting a new Organisational Structure and Work\nProcedure (SOTK) analysis as a strategic move to ensure every employee\noccupies a position according to their field of competence.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe filling of positions must be based on capacity, competence, and\nthe workload of each human resource. Positions must be filled by the\nright people,\u201d said President Director of Perumda Tirta Bhagasasi, Reza\nLuthfi Hasan, in Cikarang.<\/p>\n
He stated that the kick-off and awareness event for the job analysis\nand SOTK drafting, held on Friday, marks the initial step towards\norganisational reform within the company, with completion targeted\nwithin the next few months. He emphasised that whoever occupies a\nparticular position must be able to deliver the best performance for the\ncompany, while maintaining cohesiveness and solidarity among all\nemployees.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe launch through the kick-off and workshop last Friday is the\nstarting point for implementing the principle of the right man in the\nright place, or placing employees according to their competence,\u201d he\nsaid.<\/p>\n
Chair of the Supervisory Board of Perumda Tirta Bhagasasi, Ani\nGustini, expressed hope that the new SOTK analysis would be completed\nwithin a few months to serve as the basis for competent staff placement.\n\u201cThe drafting of the SOTK is also important to prevent overlapping\nduties between sections or divisions while strengthening governance as a\nBUMD owned by the Bekasi Regency Government,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, Acting Business Director Lilie Subali added that the\naccuracy of filling positions determines the company\u2019s performance, both\nin terms of public service and business lines, in accordance with the\nbusiness plan set for the 2023-2027 period. \u201cThe company\u2019s business plan\nfor 2023-2027 targets 569,000 direct customer connections by the end of\n2027. The current position is more than 360,000 customer connections,\u201d\nhe said.<\/p>\n
