Tigaraksa pays dividends<\/p>\n
JAKARTA (JP): PT Tigaraksa Satria, a wholesale trading company
\nlisted on the Jakarta and Surabaya stock exchanges, will pay a
\ncash dividend of Rp 150 (6.7 U.S. cents) per share for the 1994
\nbook year.<\/p>\n
The dividend, accounting for around 30 percent of the
\ncompany's earnings per share (EPS), will be paid in July, the
\ncompany announced yesterday at their shareholders meeting.<\/p>\n
The shareholders approved the company's 1994 balance sheet,
\nwhich reported a 22 percent increase in both net sales and after-
\ntax profit.<\/p>\n
The net sales rose 22.23 percent to Rp 393.4 billion in 1994
\nfrom Rp 321.9 billion in 1993, while the after-tax profit
\nincreased 22.46 percent to Rp 16.64 billion from Rp 13.59
\nbillion.<\/p>\n
The meeting also endorsed the establishment of a steering
\ncommittee made up of independent experts, members of the
\nsupervisory and executive boards. The committee will be
\nresponsible for formulating and supervising the company's
