The name Tiga Dua travel agent may give the impression that it
\nis an appropriate place where we can purchase bus tickets,
\nespecially considering that this travel agent, located at
\nProbolinggo bus station, is quite large. One day I bought three
\nbus tickets for Probolinggo-Jakarta and one for Probolinggo-
\nBandung at Rp 106,000\/ticket. I was promised that seats were
\navailable for these tickets.<\/p>\n
Unfortunately the bus to Jakarta was full and the three of us
\nhad to sit together in one empty seat next to the driver. My
\nfriend who wished to travel to Bandung had to sustain double
\nlosses because the bus did not turn up and he had to pay for the
\nfare of a bus going to Surabaya and only then to Bandung.<\/p>\n
The three of us sat in one seat until Tuban and then because
\nsitting that way was no longer bearable we took another bus,
\nDamri.<\/p>\n
How can an official agent treat us like this?<\/p>\n
