        "content": "<p>Three of the five perpetrators who threw a bondet (makeshift fish\nbomb) in the Malioboro area of Mayangan, Jalan Ikan Tenggiri,\nProbolinggo City, East Java, are still minors. The Probolinggo City\nPolice have arrested the suspects, the youngest of whom is 14 years old.\n\u201cWe have arrested five perpetrators, three of whom are still classified\nas children in conflict with the law,\u201d said Probolinggo City Police\nChief AKBP Rico Yumasri in Probolinggo on Wednesday (22\/7). The suspects\ninvolved in the bondet throwing are AK, 18, MA, 19, RF, 15, KV, 16, and\nFB, 14. The incident occurred on Sunday (19\/7) at 00.30 WIB. A young man\nwas injured in the thigh while playing football when the bondet\nexploded. Rico explained that the perpetrators had gathered at a chicken\nslaughterhouse warehouse used as a hangout in Sumbertaman Village,\nWonoasih District. After consuming alcohol, they rode a motorcycle and\nspotted a group of youths playing football. Suspect AK then threw the\nbondet at the group before fleeing. Police arrived at the scene to\nconduct an investigation and gather witness statements. In addition to\narresting the suspects, police seized four sickles, one bondet, raw\nmaterials for making bondet, and a motorcycle. The motive was an act of\nrevenge against another group, but the attack was misdirected. The\nbondet thrown by the suspects hit a group that was not their intended\ntarget. Suspect AK is charged under Articles 306, 307, and 308 of Law\nNumber 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code, which carries a maximum\npenalty of 15 years in prison.
