Three students jailed for murder<\/p>\n
BOGOR (JP): Three technical high school students were sent to
\njail after Bogor District Court found them guilty of mobbing and
\nkilling a student from a different school.<\/p>\n
During a trial session Monday, presiding judge Martini
\nsentenced the Depok-based STM Kusuma Bangsa students, identified
\nas Nesan, alias Toyang, 20; M. Husen, 16; and Akhyarudin, 18; to
\n20, eight and six months in jail respectively.<\/p>\n
Martini said Nesan attacked and stabbed the student, Madinah,
\nfrom STM Panti Karya, in the back with a dagger. His schoolmate
\nHusen stabbed the victim in the thigh with a file and Akhyarudin
\npunched the lone student in the cheek.<\/p>\n
The judge said the incident took place while Madinah was on a
\npublic bus, plying the Depok-Lebak Bulus route, on Jl. Raya Tanah
\nBaru in Depok.<\/p>\n
She said Nesan tried to stop the bus when he spotted Madinah
\ninside the vehicle.<\/p>\n
Nesan then asked him through the bus window: \"Where do you
\ncome from?\"<\/p>\n
Unaware of the danger, Madinah explained that he was from
\nPanti Karya technical high school, Martini told the court.<\/p>\n
Nesan, without a clear reason, summoned his friends, who
\nsurrounded the bus and they attacked the victim, she said.<\/p>\n
Martini quoted the postmortem examination as saying that
\nMadinah died from the stab wound, which punctured a lung and
