Three robbers arrested<\/p>\n
JAKARTA (JP): In the last few days city police have arrested
\nthree suspected robbers, including a 14-year-old boy.<\/p>\n
The first robbery took place in a Diana Taxi driven by A.
\nMurad, 36, at the exit gate of Jatibening highway in Bekasi on
\nSaturday evening.<\/p>\n
Murad said that his "passenger", S. Agam Raya Irawan, 35,
\nrefused to pay the toll fee and threatened him with a samurai
\nsword.<\/p>\n
Patrol officers nearby heard the quarrel and immediately
\narrested Agam.<\/p>\n
The second robber, identified as Nuryadi, age withheld,
\nfailed in his attempt to rob a bus driver on Sunday.<\/p>\n
The driver of PPD public bus No. 12 screamed for help when
\nhe realized what Nuryadi had in mind. He was caught by an angry
\nmob on Jl. Bendungan Hilir, Central Jakarta.<\/p>\n
The third robbery occurred Sunday night in Pamulang, South
\nJakarta, when Jeffry, 14, pointed a sickle and an FN .46 gun at
\nKosti taxi driver Suprianto, 43.<\/p>\n
Jeffry was handed over to police by a group of locals.
