        "content": "<p>Three New Complaints Thoroughly Discussed in the 10th Debottlenecking\nSession<\/p>\n<p>Jakarta, 19 May 2026 \u2013 The Task Force for the Acceleration of\nGovernment Programs to Support Increased Economic Growth (P3M-PPE) again\nheld the 10th Debottlenecking Session on Tuesday, 19 May 2026, at the\nMezzanine Hall, Djuanda I Building, Ministry of Finance. The open\nsession, chaired by Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa, discussed the\nresolution of three business-related complaints from PT Aqua Farm\nNusantara (AFN), PT Perusahaan Air Indonesia Amerika (PAIA), and PT\nPerusahaan Resor Indonesia Amerika (PRIA).<\/p>\n<p>Through the session, the government brought together business\noperators, relevant ministries\/agencies, local governments, and other\nstakeholders to seek solutions to investment barriers and business\nactivities. The issues discussed included harmonisation of fish-farming\npolicies on Lake Toba, the sustainability of an investment in seawater\nreverse osmosis (SWRO) technology-based clean water supply in the KEK\nMandalika, and follow-up on the utilisation and development of land for\nan integrated tourism project in the same area.<\/p>\n<p>Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa stressed the importance of\nclear, measurable, and actionable resolutions so that business obstacles\ndo not drag on. The government also ensured that each resolution process\nwould balance investment certainty, environmental protection, business\nsustainability, and the economic benefits for the community. In the\ndiscussion on Lake Toba, the minister also urged business actors to\nsupport the strengthening of the local economy. \u201cPlease help the local\naquaculture producers,\u201d the Finance Minister said.<\/p>\n<p>As a follow-up, the government encouraged a review of Lake Toba\u2019s\ncarrying capacity and environmental absorption to serve as the basis for\npolicy adjustments more aligned with current conditions. Meanwhile,\nresolution of investment obstacles in KEK Mandalika would be monitored\nthrough further constructive discussions, including speeding up\nlicensing processes and restoring operations. \u201cThe process is\ncontinuing. We will review it here every week,\u201d the minister\nasserted.<\/p>\n<p>Through the Debottlenecking Session, the government reaffirmed its\ncommitment to accelerating the resolution of investment obstacles in a\ncoordinated, accountable, and investment-oriented manner. As of 19 May\n2026, 145 complaints had been received through the Debottlenecking\nChannel, of which 89 complaints have been resolved and followed up by\nthe P3M-PPE Task Force. (mdf)<\/p>",
