The three individuals are David Thomas Fowler, Jason\nLaurence Greive, and Chrisanthus Supriyo.<\/p>\n<p>Citing information disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI),\nthe company received the resignation letters on 17 June 2026.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe hereby announce that on 17 June 2026, the Company received\nletters of resignation from three members of the Company\u2019s Board of\nDirectors, namely Mr David Thomas Fowler, Mr Jason Laurence Greive, and\nMr Chrisanthus Supriyo,\u201d management wrote on Friday (19\/6\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>In accordance with the provisions of the Company\u2019s Articles of\nAssociation and applicable laws and regulations, the resignation\nrequests of these directors will be decided upon at the Company\u2019s\nGeneral Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS).
