        "content": "<p>Three civil servants (ASN) in the Gianyar Regency Government have\nbeen dismissed. Two of them were terminated due to involvement in\nnarcotics cases, while one civil servant was sacked for being absent\nfrom work for 10 days.<\/p>\n<p>The two ASN dismissed in connection with narcotics are initialled\nDMCDPP, a member of the Gianyar Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP),\nand KSS, who serves as the Operational General Manager at the\nEnvironmental Agency. Both were dismissed based on the results of a\nmeeting of the Legal Disciplinary Consideration Team (TPHD).<\/p>\n<p>The Chairman of TPHD Gianyar, I Gusti Bagus Adi Widhya Utama alias\nGus Bem, explained that another civil servant initialled LNH was also\ndismissed. LNH is an operational general manager employee at the Gianyar\nEnvironmental Agency.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOne more civil servant initialled LNH, who is also an operational\ngeneral manager employee at the Gianyar Environmental Agency, was\ndismissed because the individual did not report to work without reason\nfor ten working days,\u201d said TPHD Gianyar Chairman I Gusti Bagus Adi\nWidhya Utama alias Gus Bem in his statement on Tuesday (5\/5).<\/p>\n<p>Gus Bem stated that DMCDPP and KSS were involved in narcotics cases\nas owners and intermediaries. Both have been found guilty through court\ndecisions.<\/p>\n<p>These decisions are respectively contained in the Denpasar District\nCourt Decision Number 1473\/Pid.Sus\/2025\/PN and the Gianyar District\nCourt Decision Number 12\/Pid.Sus\/2026\/PN.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe individuals concerned were dismissed in accordance with Law\nNumber 20 of 2023 on Civil Servants, and Government Regulation Number 49\nof 2018 on PPPK Management,\u201d said Gus Bem.<\/p>\n<p>Gus Bem emphasised that all dismissal decisions have been in\naccordance with applicable laws and regulations. This step is a form of\ncommitment by the Gianyar Regency Government in enforcing discipline,\nintegrity, and professionalism among civil servants.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Gianyar Regency Government will not tolerate serious\ndisciplinary violations or criminal acts committed by civil servants,\nbecause ASN must serve as examples in providing services to the public,\u201d\nhe said.<\/p>\n<p>He hopes that these dismissals will serve as lessons for all\nemployees to maintain ethics and comply with rules in carrying out their\nduties.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the direct superiors of the problematic employees will\nalso face sanctions if proven to have been negligent.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn the future, if there is negligence towards undisciplined\nemployees and the direct superior does not take firm action, then the\nsuperior concerned may also be sanctioned, including the possibility of\nbeing removed from their position,\u201d he said.<\/p>",
