        "content": "<p>Three foreigners expelled from Aceh<\/p>\n<p>BANDA ACEH, Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam: The Aceh Provincial<br>\nImmigration Office deported on Tuesday two Malaysians and an<br>\nAmerican for entering the restricted province of Aceh without<br>\nproper immigration and security documents.<\/p>\n<p>Imron Zubandi, an official at the immigration office, said on<br>\nTuesday that the two Malaysians -- Ong Kung Wai and Jumat bin<br>\nMadjid -- were business consultants, while Sean Blanchet, was a<br>\nstudent.<\/p>\n<p>Following the declaration of martial law in Aceh last year,<br>\nthe Aceh Immigration Office severely restricted foreigners from<br>\nentering unless they had special permits from the martial law<br>\nadministrator and immigration office. Martial law has been lifted<br>\nrecently and Aceh is now under a civil emergency administration,<br>\nbut the curtailment of foreign and domestic tourists,<br>\nbusinesspeople, rights workers, journalists and students, is<br>\nstill in effect. -- JP<\/p>",
