Labour Minister Yassierli inspected the THR and BHR Religious Holiday Benefits Post opened by the Ministry of Manpower to safeguard workers' rights ahead of Eid al-Fitr 1447 H. The post offers consultation and complaint services, with online access and a WhatsApp line, and promises prompt action on unpaid or underpaid THR. He urged employers to fulfil THR and BHR on time and to expand the post network nationwide.

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia — Labour Minister Yassierli personally
inspected the THR and BHR Religious Holiday Benefits Post, opened by the
Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker). The Post, located at the Integrated
One-Stop Service (PTSA) Kemnaker, Gedung B, 1st Floor, South Jakarta,
was established to ensure workers’ rights to THR and BHR ahead of Eid
al-Fitr 1447 H.

The THR and Religious Holiday Bonus Post offers two main services:
consultation and complaints. The consultation service has been open
since 2 March 2026, addressing questions about THR and BHR rights,
eligibility, calculation methods, and issues in special circumstances
such as termination of employment (PHK).

‘Things workers usually ask are whether I am eligible to receive THR
if I work but then there is a PHK case, and so on. Then how to calculate
it. This Post exists to answer all those questions,’ Yassierli said
while inspecting Kemnaker’s THR and BHR Post in South Jakarta, Thursday
(5 March 2026).

In addition to consultation, the Post provides a complaints service,
activated in the seven days before Eid, in line with the government’s
THR payment deadline. The complaints service operates daily from 08:00
to 15:00 WIB, including Saturdays, Sundays, and even on holidays.
Through this service, workers can report various THR payment issues,
such as THR that has not been paid or paid in instalments.

Each complaint received is immediately followed up by an employment
inspector on duty every day at the Post. This mechanism ensures every
worker’s report receives a prompt response and appropriate handling in
accordance with laws and regulations.

To broaden the reach of the service, Kemnaker also provides online
access to consultation and complaints via the website
poskothr.kemnaker.go.id and WhatsApp Chat at number 081280001112.
Yassierli emphasised that the ease of access is designed so that all
workers can utilise the Post without needing to visit in person.

‘S// I also urge that the THR and BHR Post exist at every provincial,
city, and regency labour office, as well as industrial areas. All such
posts must be integrated with the Ministry’s THR Post. The public should
not necessarily come in person to the Post, but can also use WhatsApp
first,’ he stated.

Closing his visit, Yassierli delivered a stern message to all
employers to fulfil THR and BHR obligations on time and in accordance
with the provisions.

‘THR and BHR are workers’ rights that must be fulfilled. We will not
hesitate to take action against employers who ignore these obligations.
The state is present to ensure every worker can celebrate the holiday
peacefully and joyfully with their families,’ he concluded.
",
