This step is\nbeing taken to meet the growing needs of the State Civil Apparatus\n(ASN), particularly to fill positions left vacant by approximately\n160,000 employees retiring in 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform\n(MenPAN-RB), Rini Widyantini, has issued letter number\nB\/1553\/M.SM.01.00\/2026 dated 12 March 2026. The letter instructs all\nPersonnel Development Officials (PPK) at central and regional agencies\nto promptly submit proposals for ASN requirements in 2026.<\/p>\n<p>To date, the government is still validating proposals received from\nvarious agencies.
