Thomas Cook, BA offer prizes<\/p>\n
JAKARTA (JP): Thomas Cook and British Airways have joined to
\noffer travelers cheque users glamorous prizes in an Asia-wide
\ngrand draw. The prizes include business class return flights to
\nLondon and what the sponsors call "VIP" treatment in the British
\ncapital as well as four return tickets to various cities in Asia.<\/p>\n
Thomas Cook's country manager for Indonesia, Adi Dharmasetya,
\nsaid yesterday "we have attempted to make prizes as exciting as
\npossible by offering the winners a choice of several `ala carte'
\nattractions."<\/p>\n
He said that anyone buying over US$500 or its equivalent in
\nThomas Cook MasterCard Travelers Cheques at over 100 local at
\nbranches between now and Aug. 31, will be entitled to enter the
\ngrand draw which offers four grand prizes and four first prizes.<\/p>\n
Thomas Cook has been serving travelers for 153 years with a
\nnetwork of 2,000 wholly-owned, franchised and representative
\noffices in 120 countries and serves some 20 million customers a
