        "content": "<p>Thirty arrested in raid<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): Personnel from the Jakarta Military Garrison and<br>\nthe City Public Order Office netted 30 men and women in raids on<br>\nentertainment establishments in the city yesterday.<\/p>\n<p>An officer of the Jakarta Military Garrison said the 30<br>\npeople, including a manager of a discotheque, patrons,<br>\nprostitutes and cleaning personnel, would be questioned.<\/p>\n<p>\"The raid was conducted in line with the governor's<br>\ninstruction for owners of such establishments to reduce their<br>\noperating hours to respect the Ramadhan fasting month,\" he said.<\/p>\n<p>According to the officer, the nightspots were found open after<br>\nauthorized opening hours.<\/p>\n<p>\"Nine of the people were netted in Tanah Abang, Central<br>\nJakarta. Twelve were netted in different nightspots in West<br>\nJakarta while the other nine people were arrested in East Jakarta<br>\nand in North Jakarta,\" he said. (jun)<\/p>",
