Jakarta, VIVA \u2013 The Indonesian F&B and retail sector is at a\ncritical juncture. Bank Indonesia data show retail sales grew 6.5 per\ncent year on year as of March 2026, while the food and beverage category\nrose by 8.5 per cent over eight consecutive months at the end of last\nyear.<\/p>\n
