        "content": "<p>Jakarta, VIVA \u2013 The Ministry of Population and Family Development\n(Kemendukbangga)\/BKKBN has opened a complaint and consultation service\nfor child care centres (TPA) or daycares that are problematic in various\nregions. Kemendukbangga\/Head of BKKBN Wihaji stated that complaints can\nbe submitted through Family Support Teams (TPK) in the regions,\nconsisting of midwives, PKK cadres, and Family Planning cadres, one of\nwhose main tasks is also to protect families at risk of stunting. \u201cWe\nhave also prepared complaints. If there are matters that need\nconsultation, please do so. We do have a programme called Taman Asuh\nSayang Anak (Tamasya), but that programme has strict requirements; the\ncaregivers must have certificates,\u201d he said while monitoring\nstunting-risk families in Lebak, Banten, on Thursday, 30 April 2026.\nWihaji emphasised that to date, there are already 3,200 Tamasya under\nthe guidance of Kemendukbangga\/BKKBN, whose operations comply with\nstandards and are equipped with certified caregivers. \u201cWe also requested\ndata yesterday from the victim mothers; if consultation is needed, we\nare prepared, for what and how. The point is to be careful when choosing\na daycare, because unfortunately, the incident in Yogyakarta serves as a\nlesson for us all; it turned out to be unlicensed, there was misuse, and\nso on,\u201d he explained. Wihaji also expressed his concern over the\nincidents at Daycare Little Aresha in Yogyakarta and Daycare Baby\nPreneur in Banda Aceh. \u201cCoincidentally, unfortunately, the daycare in\nYogyakarta was unlicensed, therefore, we leave it to the relevant\nparties for handling.
