Daan Mogot, West<br>\nJakarta late on Nov. 13 when our rear tire got a puncture near<br>\nPesing area.<\/p>\n<p>Some ojek (motorcycle taxi) drivers in the area said that tire<br>\nrepair workshop owners spread various kinds of nails over the<br>\nroad to boost their business. In fact, on that evening, many<br>\nmotorbikes had their inner tubes replaced due to flat tires.<\/p>\n<p>The next morning, near the same place, my motorcycle got<br>\nanother puncture after running over a trap of nail-studded<br>\nplywood, and again had to change the inner tube.<\/p>\n<p>People said that a tire repair man was once caught spreading<br>\nsuch nail traps and was beaten up by local residents.
