'The Jakarta Post' wins AIDS awards<\/p>\n
JAKARTA: The Jakarta Post daily won the first prize in a
\nwriting contest on teenage reproductive health held by AIDS
\nIndonesia Foundation and the National Family Planning Board
\n(BKKBN).<\/p>\n
The awards were given on Saturday in conjunction with the
\ncommemoration of World AIDS day, which fell on Dec. 1.<\/p>\n
The daily beat up to 23 other printed media over the quantity,
\nquality and continuity of published articles on issues related to
\nteenage reproductive health.<\/p>\n
One of the daily's journalists also received first prize in
\nthe writing contest on such an issue, beating 19 others on
\naspects of investigation, accuracy, relevance and empathy in the
