Everywhere under the sun terrorist networks employ similar
\nstrategies, action patterns and recruitment styles. Terrorists
\nresort to violent and clandestine ways and recruit ignorant young
\npeople to spread terror. These are part of a statement made by
\nKing Fadh in his address at the opening of the 19th World's
\nConference of Councils of Mosques in Mecca, Saudi Arabia on Aug.

These characteristics can also be found in the terrorist
\nnetwork in Indonesia. It is revealed from investigations and
\ninterrogations that the perpetrators of terrorist acts in
\nIndonesia are generally Muslims that have taken the wrong road in
\nimplementing Islamic teachings. They have killed people and
\ndamaged social order, acts that are forbidden by God.<\/p>\n
To ensure that the young will not easily fall into the trap
\nset by a terrorist network, the government and religious leaders
\nmust provide them with correct religious teaching so that they
\ncan guard themselves against any deviation in their religious
\nteachings.<\/p>\n
