Head of the Temanggung Regency Social Service Agency,\nUmi Lestari Nurjanah, in Temanggung on Wednesday, stated that this step\naims to identify children at risk of dropping out due to financial\nconstraints so they can still receive education. \u201cDesil 1 to 2 are the\nstrata of the extremely poor.
