Telkomvision's service<\/p>\n
In response to the opinion published on this subject on Oct.
\n13, 2003 I must say that I and many other residents of the
\nPavilion Apartments are in total agreement. I have subscribed to
\nTelkomvision now since it was installed in the Pavilion
\nApartments in March of this year and have had nothing but
\nproblems ever since. I have been attempting to call many people
\nfrom Telkomvision regarding the discontinuation of Star Sports
\nand Electronics Sports Program Network (ESPN) and have never been
\nsuccessful in my attempts.<\/p>\n
The customer service at this company is the poorest of any
\nservice provider I have ever dealt with. Still they advertise
\nthat they offer Star Sports and ESPN as part of their package.
\nHowever, they have not been available since earlier this year.<\/p>\n
I understand that they have a contractual dispute with the
\ncontent provider that means that they have not paid their bill to
\nthe content provider and therefore the content provider has shut
\noff their supply. We now have another option at the Pavilion
\nApartments and every resident I talk to all agree that they will
\nbe canceling their Telkomvision subscription and moving across to
\nKablevision now available. This reflects the absolutely
\ndisgraceful lack of professionalism displayed by Telkomvision.
\nHopefully Kablevision will be a much more professional
\norganization.<\/p>\n
