I<br>\nfound out this after an angry customer called me, complaining he<br>\ncouldn&apos;t reach me.<\/p>\n<p>Despite nine calls I made to Telkomsel Customer Care a<br>\nsupervisor was never present, because they were either &quot;on lunch&quot;<br>\nor &quot;at a meeting&quot;; reporting the problem, proved in vain.<\/p>\n<p>By keeping me waiting: &quot;Be patient, wait for another 24<br>\nhours&quot;, &quot;already reported to a technician, &quot;it will work within<br>\nfew hours&quot;, I really feel fooled by Telkomsel.<\/p>\n<p>If they cannot provide the quality of service they are<br>\ncharging us for, Telkomsel should leave it to providers more<br>\ncapable and efficient!<\/p>\n<p>MICHAEL BEER<br>\nAmlapura, Bali<\/p>",
