Jakarta (ANTARA) - Telkomsel is preparing 43 standby posts,\nconsisting of 15 main posts and 28 regular posts, during the 2026\nRamadan and Eid period, from 19 February to 31 March 2026.<\/p>\n
The VP of Mobile Consumer Business Strategy at Telkomsel, I Putu\nEndra Diputra, explained that the standby posts are spread across 494\npriority points throughout Indonesia. Telkomsel is also preparing 175\nadditional posts through partnerships with the company\u2019s business\npartners.<\/p>\n
\u201cSo, there are 43 standby posts, both main and regular, and more than\n170 additional posts that we are collaborating on with our business\npartners, which we call TAP Siaga,\u201d said Endra during a press conference\nin South Jakarta on Wednesday.<\/p>\n
At the standby posts, customers can activate and top up various\nTelkomsel products, access SIM\/eSIM migration services, obtain\nMyTelkomsel assistance, and redeem Telkomsel POIN.<\/p>\n
\u201cThere are many attractive packages that can be inquired about at our\nposts. More than that, for example, if you run out of battery and need\nto charge, please stop by our posts; there are so many things that can\nbe done (at the Telkomsel posts),\u201d said Endra.<\/p>\n
He added that the locations of the Telkomsel standby posts can be\nviewed on the Google Maps navigation application, making it easier for\ntravellers to find them during their journey.<\/p>\n
In addition to the standby posts, Telkomsel is also providing digital\nchannels through the RAFI Digital Post on TikTok, the AI Travel\nAssistant on MyTelkomsel as a travel guide, and the Norton Mobile\nSecurity Bundling Package for secure communication.<\/p>\n
To maintain network reliability during the 2026 Ramadan and Eid\nperiod, Telkomsel is optimizing its network at 494 priority points\n(Points of Interest\/POI), including special\/crowded areas,\ntransportation, travel routes, residential areas, and places of\nworship.<\/p>\n
The determination of priority points is carried out using machine\nlearning analysis with 99 percent accuracy.<\/p>\n
In addition, Telkomsel implements an AI-based Autonomous Network for\nend-to-end 24\/7 monitoring, including early detection, diagnosis, and\nautomatic repair, as well as 15 Network Siaga Posts to maintain service\nquality.<\/p>\n
Telkomsel is also deploying 45 COMBAT (Compact Mobile BTS) units in\nlocations with high potential density to ensure that capacity and signal\nquality remain optimal.<\/p>\n
