Additionally, Nur Hisma\nfrom Universitas Negeri Makassar secured a place among the top 24 best\nnational digital talents.<\/p>\n

The achievements of Andi Alya Inar Putri and Nur Hisma prove that\ndigital talent from Sulawesi possesses great potential to become part of\nIndonesia\u2019s future digital ecosystem.<\/p>\n
Under the theme \u201cAI Driven Digital Talents\u201d, the programme equips\nstudents with artificial intelligence (AI) competencies, industry\nexperience, and cross-disciplinary collaboration to produce digital\nsolutions relevant to the needs of society and the business world.<\/p>\n
\u201cBy serving with all our hearts, we hope our efforts through\nIndonesiaNEXT can open wide opportunities for the younger generation to\nhelp advance Indonesia,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n
Since its commencement in April 2026, IndonesiaNEXT has been joined\nby 8,916 students from various universities across Indonesia. Through a\nseries of selection stages, training, competency certification, and a\ndigital hackathon, the programme filtered the top 24 digital talents,\ndivided into eight teams comprising Hacker, Hipster, and Hustler\nroles.<\/p>\n
\u201cFor me, this achievement proves that students from South Sulawesi\nare capable of competing and demonstrating their capacity at a national\nlevel,\u201d said Andi Alya, the student from Hasanuddin University.<\/p>\n
Each team combines three digital product development roles: the\nHacker as the technology developer, the Hipster as the user experience\ndesigner, and the Hustler as the product manager and sustainability\nmodel lead.<\/p>\n
Prior to the Summit, participants attended an offline bootcamp from\n1\u20133 September 2026 to study Telkomsel\u2019s AI ecosystem, product\ndevelopment processes, cross-role collaboration, professional ethics,\ndata protection, and presentation techniques, while gaining direct\nexposure to a technology industry working environment.<\/p>\n
At the IndonesiaNEXT Summit 2026, the eight best teams presented\nsolutions evaluated based on problem understanding, user needs,\nprototype quality, and implementation feasibility and sustainability.\nSubsequently, nine top finalists\u2014comprising three Hackers, three\nHipsters, and three Hustlers\u2014presented their competencies,\ncontributions, leadership, impact record, and visions for the future of\nIndonesian technology.<\/p>\n
The solutions presented by the finalists addressed various pressing\nsocietal issues, ranging from mental health and sales force competency\nenhancement to waste management, confidence building through AI\ncoaching, and the optimisation of the food and fisheries sectors through\nAI-based technology.<\/p>\n
